At Resolution Care Services we understand that no one size fits all when finding the right care staff for you. There are many aspects we consider to ensure that you can build lasting relationships with the people who support you. You may be nervous about allowing someone into your home and we want to make sure this process is a positive experience.

At Resolution Care Services we offer three different options to meet your support needs:


  1.  An agency staff team employed by Resolution Care Services.
  2.  A Personal assistant (PA) recruitment service.
  3.  A PA Recruitment and PA management service.

 

Option One - Resolution Care Agency 


  • We can provide a staff member whenever you need one - 365 days a year
  • A staff member trained to the highest standard in line with CIW regulations. 
  • Option to choose home care or nurse led care with clinically trained staff.
  • A regulated service in accordance with the Regulation and inspection of Social Care- (Wales)  RISCA 2016 and  Social Services & wellbeing Act 2014.   
  • From 1-hour calls to 24 hour live in service
  • A dedicated management team to assist with the needs of the support package
  • 24-hour emergency oncall service 

Option Two - PA Recruitment Service


  • Assist you to recruit the right personal assistant for your team 
  • A dedicated recruitment officer to meet with you and create a job specification that is right for you.
  • Advertise the role on your behalf, we will find a candidate that best meet your needs, with the correct skills set, values matching the criteria you desire. 
  • An in-depth recruitment process with the option of setting your own interview questions and being part of that process.  
  • Ensure that your employee is exceptionally skilled and matches the criteria set out in your initial assessment.
  • Enhanced DBS & reference processing to ensure safeguarding is met. 
  • Staff induction
  • Option to use the care app.

Option Three - PA Management  


  • Support and assistance to manage your team of personal assistants.
  • Policies & procedures and staff handbook to guide your staff team. 
  • Ensure your employees have regular supervision and appraisals, time for reflective practice and debriefs in accordance with CIW regulation.
  • Assist you with any staff management concerns, complaints, investigations, disciplinaries.
  • Regular staff mentoring, spot checks and quality audits to ensure your PA's are meeting the correct standards of care in line with your care plan & risk assessments. 
  • Ensure the safeguarding policy is adhered to by staff and assist with any safeguarding concerns. 
  • Dedicated training manager to ensure all staff attend regular training and comply with current legislation. We offer over 40 training packages and can provide bespoke clinical training when required. 
  • Highlight any recruitment requirements and ensure staff retention. 
  • 24 hour on call service. 
  • Access to online care planning app and records 24hours per day. 
  • We can tailor any package to meet your needs.
