"What I really want to do is make a difference, not only to our clients lives, but to our employees lives too. I want to provide the absolute very best social care to everybody who needs it. I want to truly put people first, provide 100% satisfaction and add that little bit of brightness to their day, whatever their needs may be. I want the people we support to look forward to our visits and add a little joy and support to their lives, in times when they need it the most".

Shaun Lloyd

"Kelly and I set up Resolution Care Services as we both share the same passion and commitment and are devoted to developing a social care organisation that will deliver a service of the highest calibre.

Having previously worked in a customer service role, I truly believe that the individuals that we support should experience exceptional care and anything less would be a failure on our part.

To provide this level of service we understand that we would be nothing without the very best support staff working for with us. To achieve this, we fully engage with our staff members and put great emphasis on investing and developing in our care and support staff to be the very best they can.

We sincerely believe that each and every visit to a supported individual by a member of our team should really add that little sparkle into their day."

Shaun Lloyd - Director of Operations
