We offer a 24/7 on-call service to help assist with any emergencies, such as staff sickness or incident reporting. 

Our management service will ensure your clients receive the very best care, whilst also ensuring this is done in the most cost-effective way. Our PA management service can be tailored to meet your clients needs and can assist with:

HR

  • Support and assistance to manage your team of personal assistants
  • Regular staff mentoring, spot checks and quality audits to ensure your PA’s are meeting the correct standards of care, on in line with your care plan & risk assessments
  • HR management and process support that includes, staff timesheets, annual leave and
    absence management
  • Regular supervisions and reflective practice

Care Delivery

  • Staff access 24/7 to online care planning, daily recording system and staff rota app
  • Promoting positive behaviour and incident monitoring
  • Monitoring of medication
    administration, ordering, and training.
  • Support PA’S with managing behaviours of concern
  • A registered service with Care Inspectorate Wales
  • Health & safety, audits, spot checks and quality review
  • Ensure the safeguarding policy is adhered to and assisting with any
    concerns

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Highlighting any staff recruitment requirements and ensuring positive staff retention
  • Identifying and interviewing the right candidate
  • Ensure all reference and DBS checks are compete
  • An emergency On-call service 24 hour, 365 days of the year.
  • Additional emergency agency staffing cover (if required)

Training & Development

  • Support to identify training needs
  • Monitor PA’s training attendance
  • Ensure updates are identified to comply with current legislation.
  • Offer mandatory & specialist training courses, training matrix with annual training audit, certificates supplied to employer and staff
  • Managing Induction and sign off, under the All-Wales induction framework, enabling staff to register with Social Care Wales as a Domiciliary Support
    Worker
  • Support to gain health & Social Care qualification
