At Resolution Care Services, our intention is to provide the best quality service, where evidence-based practice and person-centred focus is on user involvement and at the core of the care we deliver. To ensure the highest quality of service is achieved and to ensure only the best possible outcomes for the individuals and caregivers. We are registered with Care Inspectorate Wales and committed to partnership working and acting in accordance with the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (2014) and Regulations and Inspection of Social Care in Wales (2016).
At Resolution Care Services, we consider eliminating or minimising the risk to staff, those in our care and our visitor’s as inseparable from all our other objectives. We have robust policies and procedures in place that comply with the appropriate statute, regulation, code of practice and current best-practice guidelines.
Resolution Care Services has developed a personal care plan, formulated with the individuals and their representatives.
Progress is different for every person we support, therefore, goals are unique. We build on people’s strength not their disability.
The bespoke personal care plan offers a benchmark for both the individual and the care team supporting the person; to achieve outcome based, active support.
All Personal Care Plans are developed in line with the core principles of The Social Services & Wellbeing Act 2014.
We believe that challenging behaviour should not be a barrier to experiencing a full and happy life. We work in partnerships to develop a behaviour support plan, ensuring the person’s communication needs are met. At Resolution Care Services we train all our staff in Positive Behavioural Support techniques and have extensive experience in helping people find new ways of dealing with challenging behaviour in a holistic and positive way. Adults may display behaviours which may put themselves or others at risk, or which may prevent the use of ordinary community facilities or a normal home life. This behaviour may be in the form of aggression, self-injury, stereotyped behaviour or disruptive and destructive behaviours, such as: hitting, kicking, spitting, shouting and destroying objects. At Resolution Care Services, our specialist and trained care teams will also provide support in the following areas, aiming to reduce repeated incidents of challenging behaviours and ensure the wellbeing and safety of all concerned.
