The process we follow to ensure you recruit the right PA for your team is as follows;

  1. A dedicated recruitment officer will meet with you and create a bespoke job specification that is right for your needs
  2. We will advertise the role on your behalf, find a candidate that best meets your needs & criteria, with exceptional skills and values
  3. Conduct an in-depth recruitment process, with the option of setting your own interview questions and you being part of that process (if you would like to be)  
  4. Undergo enhanced DBS & reference processing to ensure safeguarding is met 
  5. Undertake thorough staff induction process
