Resolution Care Services is a community based domiciliary care and specialist care support service, providing pro-active, person-centred and outcome focused, domiciliary and outreach care services.

Our offices are based in Bridgend which is the prime location to serve the Cwm Taf Morgannwg and Neath Port Talbot regional health boards, as well as the wider geography of South Wales.
