Digital Care planning
Our online care application ensures case managers, legal representatives, the clients care team and family have access to electronic daily records, care plans, and risk assessments twenty-four hours a day. Our application provides a host for medication charts, accident and incident reporting, as well as task allocation, supervisions, and appraisals for support staff. Each member of staff will have access to their rota, annual leave records and timesheets. Our online care application complies with CIW legislation and GDPR, all records are stored safely in the cloud.
We work with a multitude of funding bodies, private organisations and case managers to implement outcome-focused care.
